Arusha, Manyara and Ngorongoro Tour Overview

A 6-day/5-night safari encompassing Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater offers a diverse and captivating exploration of Tanzania’s premier wildlife regions. The adventure starts in Tarangire National Park, celebrated for its large elephant herds and striking baobab trees, then moves to Lake Manyara, renowned for its unique tree-climbing lions and rich birdlife. Arusha, Manyara and Ngorongoro Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha – Tarangire

After breakfast at around 8:30 you will drive to Tarangire National Park for game drives. Picnic lunches at a location within the park. In the late afternoon drive back to Mto wa Mbu. Dinner and Overnight at Sun bright camp. Full board.

Day 2

Mto Wa Mbu – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we will drive through Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti’s endless plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing. Game drives and lunch inside the park. Dinner and overnight stay at Seronera Campsite within the park. Full board.

Day 3

Serengeti NP – Serengeti.

Today you will do a full day game viewing in the Serengeti National park.Dinner and Overnight at Seroneracamp site.

Day 4

Serengeti National Park– Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Early morning game viewing in Serengeti from 6am till 11am.Drive back to the camp for breakfast/lunch, you will then do game en route along the way as you exit Serengeti. With picnic lunches drive to Ngorongoro.Dinner and overnight at Simba Campsite. Full Board.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater – Mto wa Mbu

After an early breakfast descend into the crater for the game drives. Lunch will take place at the hippo pool picnic site at the crater floor. In the afternoon ascend in the crater and drive back to Arusha. Dinner and Overnight at Sun bright camp. Full board.

Day 6

Mto Wa Mbu – Lake Manyara – back to Arusha

After breakfast at around 8:30 you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives. Picnic lunches at a location within the park. In the afternoon drive back to Arusha. You will be back in Arusha town at around 6:30pm.
