A 6-day/5-night safari exploring Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, combined with a Maasai culture tour, offers an immersive Tanzanian adventure. The journey begins in Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and distinctive baobab trees, before moving to Lake Manyara, known for its tree-climbing lions and flamingo-filled lake.

The safari continues to the Serengeti, renowned for its vast plains and the Great Migration, and concludes with a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, where a wealth of wildlife thrives in a breathtaking caldera. Throughout the trip, you’ll also engage with Maasai communities, experiencing their rich traditions and culture firsthand, making for a comprehensive and culturally enriching safari experience.

Arusha, Manyara and Ngorongoro Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha – Tarangire

The Safaris starts at around 8:30 am after breakfast at your accommodation drive to Tarangire National Park for game drives. Picnic lunches at a location within the park. Dinner and overnight at sunbright camp in Mto Wa Mbu.

Day 2

Mto Wa Mbu – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we will drive through Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti’s endless plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing. Game drives and lunch inside the park. Dinner and overnight stay at Seronera campsite the park.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro crater

We wake up early in the morning around 5;30 am having the light breakfast{coffee and biscuit} then having the early game drive until 11;30 or 12 pm that back to the camp to having branch food. Then we park our stuff and having the game on root while we heading to Ngorongoro simba campsite where we overnight within the park.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast descend into the crater for the game drives. Lunch will take place at the hippo pool picnic site at the crater floor. In the afternoon ascend in the crater and drive to sunbright campsite

Day 5

Sunbright – lake manyara national park

After breakfast we heading to lake manyara national park up to 3 or 4 pm then drive back to sunbright campsite, lunch is within the park.

Day 6

Lake Manyara to Maasai Activity, then back to Arusha

Experience the vibrant Maasai culture with a guided tour from Mto wa Mbu. This immersive journey includes a visit to a traditional Maasai village, engaging in cultural exchanges, witnessing Maasai song and dance, and learning about their craftsmanship and medicinal plant knowledge. You’ll also participate in activities like cattle herding and fire-making demonstrations. The tour offers a deep and respectful insight into the Maasai way of life for a half-day experience. Transportation and local guides are included. Late noon proceed to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport
